Why This Matters Now

AI is reshaping everything. Not everyone gets a seat at the table.

The AI economy is growing at pace, but access to the skills, networks and opportunities it creates remains deeply unequal. Young people from underrepresented communities are far less likely to encounter AI education in school, far less likely to know someone working in tech, and far less likely to see themselves reflected in the industry.

This is not just a fairness problem. It is a capability problem. AI systems trained and built without diverse perspectives will reflect the gaps and biases of the teams that made them.

“AI is not neutral. Every young person who understands how it works, how it can fail, and who it serves brings us closer to technology that works for everyone.”

For Young People

Sound like you?

You don't need a tech background. You don't need the right connections. You just need to want it.

We're building our first cohort right now. If you're aged 16–24 and want to understand AI — how it works, how to use it, and how to shape it — we want to hear from you.
